Feeling the call of home, McCullough returned to Louisiana to attend college at Louisiana State University. After getting his undergraduate degree at LSU, he went across the lake to New Orleans to get his law degree at Loyola University Law School. After graduating, McCullough immediately started his journey navigating the ins and outs of the legal system.

Every time he and his team are able to make an insurance company to take responsibilty and help the people that were harmed is a success in his eyes, no matter the situation or how lucrative the case is. He’s clearly in it for the people, and our clients can attest to that!
“Every time this team causes an insurance company to treat an injured person fairly is a big win, in my book.”
Though every win counts in McCullough’s book, his biggest win at Murphy Law Firm was quite a feat!
“A three-week jury trial in January 2021 led to an $18.9 million jury verdict. The whole team came together under Peyton Murphy’s leadership and direction to secure a fair and just result for our injured client and his family.”
