Denise Vinet is a lifelong resident of Louisiana with over 34 years of experience representing people throughout Louisiana and the United States.
Denise grew up in Thibodaux, Louisiana and received her undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University and thereafter graduated, cum laude, from Southern University School of Law. Denise’s experience working for her father’s law firm inspired her legal career fighting big insurance companies and corporate America. She has a wealth of experience in personal injury, worker’s compensation, longshoreman, admiralty, maritime personal injury, multi-party complex litigation, and mass tort. She has tried many jury and bench trials and has successfully argued cases before various courts of appeal, including the United States Supreme Court.
Denise also performs pro-bono work through the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and has been recognized for excellence in performing over 100 hours of community service on behalf of underprivileged populations. Denise Vinet is dedicated to serving Louisiana and representing injured individuals.
