It is not fair to work your whole life only to suffer a serious illness as a result. As a family man myself, I want to make sure you are fairly compensated for your illness, so you can continue to provide for your family. Call me.”

The Treatments for Mesothelioma

Historically, the survival rate for mesothelioma has been low. Very few people can endure the rigors of this disease. Of course, medical technology is improving, increasing mesothelioma sufferers’ chances of survival, but success in this regard depends on many factors, including recognizing the symptoms of mesothelioma, early detection and diagnosis, age of the patient and the existence of other medical issues and illnesses which could weaken the body.

Many of these symptoms are shared with other illnesses, so doctors often misdiagnose mesothelioma as something else. We can help you find a physician who understands mesothelioma and can check you specifically for asbestos-related illnesses.

  • Surgery: Most of the time, mesothelioma must be detected early for surgical removal of the cancer to be successful.
  • Chemotherapy: More often than not, mesothelioma is discovered too late for surgery to be a viable option, so mesothelioma victims have to endure chemotherapy to destroy the cancer.
  • Radiation therapy: Radiation therapy is similar to chemotherapy as it aims to destroy the cancerous cells and control their growth.

None of these options are simple or comfortable. If you have contracted mesothelioma from your work, from a family member’s occupation, or from any other source, we will fight for the compensation you deserve. We also represent clients in wrongful death claims for loved ones who have been taken by this terrible disease.
