A native of Ville Platte, Louisiana, Nayomi earned her undergraduate degree from UL Lafayette before beginning her career as a high school English teacher in Lafayette Parish. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a legal career, and she went on to attend law school, where she gained invaluable experience clerking at Murphy Law Firm.

Upon being sworn in, Nayomi seamlessly transitioned into her role as an attorney, where she continues to fight for justice on behalf of her clients. Her background in education has shaped her approach to the law—ensuring that her clients fully understand their rights and the legal process every step of the way.
